  • Work list dispatching – dispatching from a work list
  • Work matrix monitoring – monitoring the status of the different dispatched work orders

  • Provide feedback on work orders, quotations and work requests from their mobiles
  • Add materials consumed per work order
  • Add assets and capture asset rotables from the mobile
  • Conduct field inspections/audits
  • Capture information related to customer engagements.
  • Chat with dispatch at work order level
  • Capture photographs, GPS co-ordinates and root causes from the mobile

Sub-Contractor-Management

Sub-Contractor Management
Forcelink™ allows master and sub schema setups to manage subcontractors. This ensures alignment of data between the client (master schema) and the sub-contractors (sub schemas) whilst maintaining data independence between the schemas. This functionality consists of the following key features:

  • Automatic outsourcing/dispatching of work from the master schema to the correct sub-schema (sub-contractor)
  • Monitoring of SLAs between the master schema and each sub-schema
  • Asset register collaboration, between the master schema and the different sub schemas to ensure an aligned asset register.
Business-Process-Flow

Business Process Flow Management
Forcelink™ allows the system administrator to configure any businesses process flow for the back office and the mobile. This functionality consists of the following key features:

  • Configuration of any process from the back office to the mobile
  • Multiple business processes can be configured with different workflows for different work types
  • Set up of business rules linked to specific steps to be followed or data to be captured to ensure compliance
  • Delegation of Authority for sign-offs linked to specific roles, users or financial thresholds
Administration-Management

The Forcelink™ Administration Management module allows the system administrator to perform all of the admin features that allows the system to be configured to specific requirements. This module consists of the following key features:

  • The ability to configure appearance of the system to each client’s specific needs, e.g. corporate branding
  • The ability to add reference data which will be available across the system
  • The ability to configure different business rules which will allow the system to behave differently per application
  • The ability to set global settings, including regionalisation of language.
